Style Feature!

Guess what week it is ya'll?! Yup, it's Style Feature week! Listen, I'm going to express my excitement for this week every time because I really do be that excited, every time! I know I haven't really been posting too much outside of this but bear with me as I make adjustments to my real estate career, I'll definitely get back to providing ya'll with real estate knowledge!

This week's feature is a lifelong friend of mine who is really family at this point, Dak'kia Kimbrough bka Dede! If you've known Dede for as long as I have, then you know she has always embraced style and has always stayed true to her unique style. She does her own thing and I love it. Dede describes her style as Simply Chaotic. A simple style but with a twist and I personally think this description is perfect. I don't think the pictures above really scratch the surface of Dede's style, but I also don't have enough space to do that lol. Her social media handles will be provided at the end so be sure to follow her to get a full look of her style.

To provide some background on our feature, Dak'kia (I'm choosing to be a little more formal here lol) says she has loved fashion since an early age and had hopes of becoming a fashion designer as a child and traveling the world. However, life had other plans. She became a mother at 21 to her first daughter and by the time her daughter turned 6 months old, Dak'kia graduated from bootcamp and became a proud member of the United States Air Force. She has been blessed to serve for 11 years and counting. She has also gotten the opportunity to live out a portion of her dream through serving, which is traveling. She recently returned from overseas where she was able to participate in humanitarian operations.

Dak'kia has taken advantage of the opportunities offered through service and got her Bachelor's in supply chain management and is in process of obtaining her Master's in Intelligence Studies. She has also obtained certifications in Yoga teaching and Eyebrow and Lip Tinting. Talk about exploring different things. I think it's so important to try all things that interest you, even if it's just a one-time experience. Dak'kia has hopes of furthering her education by obtaining certifications in Cyber Intelligence and providing the community with healthy alternatives to release negative energy. She is also looking to own her own company one day.

This is why Style Feature excites me so much. I really love to hear about the future plans of our features, they're always so positive and uplifting. Exactly what this world needs right now. I truly pray that God blesses each of our features with the desires of their heart. ❤️
